At LGS FM, we strongly believe in rewarding and recognising the commitment and the excellence of our officers on a regular basis. In addition to the continuous training opportunities and commendations that are made by Clients, which all provide the workforce with a sense of achievement and motivation to further succeed, LGS FM also operate an Employee of the Month scheme which amalgamates into the Employee of the Year Award.
Every month each Regional Operations Team will nominate a member of their team for Employee of the Month and will consider the employee's complete operational performance. Additionally, any highly commendable acts or prodigious client feedback is also considered. Each winner of the region’s Employee of the Month award is presented with a certificate and options for their prize.
The awards for the winners on the day of the Annual Employee Awards Dinner are:

Employee of the Year: £500 Holiday voucher & a Harrods Gift Hamper
