Successful candidates should have a valid SIA Security Officer licence and be able to provide proof of their right to reside and work in the UK; you will also have to provide a verifiable 5 year work history.  We also have a number of contracts where you will be required to have an SIA Public Space Surveillance CCTV licence.

For some of our positions candidates will also have to undergo a further Criminal Records Bureau check and an HM Government security vetting process.

You should also expect to take part in training specific to the contract you will be working on; and that in most cases successful qualification after this training will be a condition of remaining on the contract.

Salaries vary from place to place, around the country and we will be able to tell you the pay rate applicable to you when we know where it is you would like to work. The following benefits are however standard regardless of where you work for us:

  • Free training.
  • Free uniform.
  • SIA licence or licence renewal paid for by us.
  • 24 days paid holiday (28 days from April 2009).

The above benefits however do not apply to Sub contractors. 

Please be aware that the nature of security work is such that we will normally expect successful candidates to work a shift pattern which will include both nights and weekends. We have only a very limited requirement for officers who can only work days/nights or who cannot work weekends.
